how to add in linked accounts in the

client portal itself so with the new

user interface we used to have an area

up here where the client would come in

it would say linked accounts they can go

in and add their outside accounts

through our Yodo integration with our

new user interface we do have a new area

to find this here in the client portal

this would be up on the top right you

have your profile picture and now that

same link accounts button is

click that you click Add accounts and

you could type in that outside account

that you're trying to pull in from these

various you know bank accounts or other

firms here one thing to note is that

when you do get it linked essentially

the client is making it available for

use for the adviser so the adviser would

still need to go back in on their end

click add linked accounts once you're in

the assets Tab and from there they can

go in and add these outside accounts

that are LinkedIn through the client

Instructions

  1. Log in to your account and click the profile icon on the top right-hand side of your screen

 

  1. Click Linked Accounts

 

  1. Click Add Accounts

 

  1. Search for the institution you are pulling the accounts from

 

  1. Enter your username and password, then click Submit to verify your account

 

  1. Notify your advisor once your accounts are linked

Your advisor will now be able to add your linked accounts to your plan. Once they've added your linked accounts, you'll be able to see the linked accounts in Life Hub or in your plan's Dashboard.
