Fidelity - How to Integrate
This article will walk through how to set up the Income Lab integration to Fidelity (powered by BridgeFT).

Step 1: Initiate the Integration
- Select your profile in the top right side of the screen, then click Integrations.

- Click Add Integration.

- Select Fidelity from the window, then click Link.

- Carefully read the pop-up titled 'What to Expect' to understand the process and timeline. Click Start Integration Now to begin.

Step 2: Submit Your Info to Income Lab and BridgeFT
- Send your G-Number to the Income Lab Team at integrations@incomelab.io.
- You can also include a screenshot of the connection showing the G-Numbers within Wealthscape’s Integration Exchange.
- Once you've sent your G-Number to Income Lab, click Email Sent.

- Carefully read and follow the step-by-step instructions in the pop-up window to submit your Outbound Transmission Request to BridgeFT (this is crucial as it authorizes them to transmit your data feed to Income Lab).

➡️ Income Lab does not have a direct integration with Fidelity. The entity information will need to be ‘Bridge Financial Technology, Inc’ (our 3rd party partner) in order for Income Lab to connect to Fidelity.
Form instructions:

⚠️ Important Note
If you do not have this capability already, then you will need to contact your Fidelity admin for the following entitlements:
- “Integration Xchange_OutboundTransmissionsRulesManagement” entitlement
- “Integration Xchange Admin Outbound Transmission Rules Management” entitlement
Your firm’s user admin or the Fidelity Client Service Team should be able to assist you with adding these entitlements. Once both entitlements have been added, you can process the request in Integration Xchange.
- Once you've submitted the Outbound Transmission Request to BridgeFT, click Request Submitted to continue.

- Once your request has been processed, the BridgeFT team will complete the configuration, and the Income Lab team will finalize the integration on the backend.
This process typically takes 2 weeks to establish the integration. If the activation has taken longer than this time frame, please feel free to reach out to us at support@incomelaboratory.com.

Step 3: Activate your Integration
- In your Integrations settings, click Check Status to update your integration status from Pending to Active.


Step 4: Add Linked Accounts
- Once the integration is active, go to your Households page and select a household.

- Edit the household by clicking the pencil icon on the top right of your Dashboard.

- On the Assets page, click Add Linked Accounts.

- On the left side, select the Source as Fidelity, use the search bar to find your household, use the drop-down menu to open and show all accounts, then select the accounts you would like to link to Income Lab. Click Save to finish.

You will now see the accounts linked under the Assets list. The linked accounts will be indicated by a small Fidelity icon.
